Brand new with tags. This is a 2 in 1. The vest buttons out for each piece to be worn separately. The hood is on the vest NOT the jacket. PLEASE SEE THE PHOTO WITH IMPERFECTION!!! This is from being stored. I bought this at Harley myself, it's never been used or worn. I'm unsure where the spot came from.
