this is such a pretty top by one September it's made from 95% rayon and 5% spandex so it's nice and light and very free flowing it's got a beautiful underneath type look with the long towel neck over the top the sleeves are short cap sleeves with stretch on them it gathers at the waist with these little pleats in the front so it's nice and flowy and it ties in the back at the waist as well and it's in this really pretty blue and white flower design on it size small very stretchy the measurements are approximately lying flat to pit 16 in and the length from top to bottom is 25 in it's an excellent condition
