FREE PEOPLE Sugarpie Mini Dress Cinnamon XSMALL Orange Long Sleeve Summer/Fall

This item is pre-owned. Upon photos I see it is missing the back string that goes across the shoulder blades. (You can see in the stock photos it has one but this one does not. I'm not sure if someone cut it out or what but I didn't see any holes or anything from where it was removed.) There are some loose strings. Please see photos for damages and measurements.
