Excellent Vintage 70s Floral Long Sleeve Mini Dress Retro Size Medium. Could also be a tunic instead of dress. Very flowy and has ties for a bow on sleeves. Big buttons up and has shoulder pads that can easily be removed. Designer is Lavayet, which I couldn’t find much information on. No size tag as well but I am 145 pounds 36c and 5’4” and this fit me great with a little room. Colorful and vibrant almost neon yellow floral retro design as well as black floral at bottom of piece. Very mod. See measurement dimensions in pictures for approximate sizing comparison. Measurements are taken laid flat. Smoke free home.
