Women's Black Cable knit Midi Sweater Dress Ruffled Collar Textured New Medium

This is a new with tags 19 Cooper beautiful sweater dress. The collar is a low scoop in both the front and back with ruffles accenting the same sweater fabric. The fabric is cable knit made out of polyester and spandex so it does stretch a lot. It has a lining as well. I have measurements in the picture it is a size medium, and the mannequin is a size 6.
