With its colorful contrasting stitching, you'll be all dressed up for trick-or-treating just like Mickey and the others! Measurements included in pictures. I believe this to be new without tags due to still having parts of the plastic piece for tags attached. Neck embroidery floss was loose and unable to fix so I removed it.
