There is a drawstring inside the back with toggles that allow you to cinch the back. This jacket has a ton of pockets! Pockets on the outside. Cell phone, glasses pockets, zippered document pocket and an extra pocket inside. Cell pocket is small - my iPhone 13 was almost too wide and is a bit too tall to close the flap over it. The pouch with the spare button is intact and you can feel the button inside. Jacket feels soft, like silk. I understand that poly/nylon blends repel rain. Nice, quality jacket. Excellent condition.
