WHBM black strapless fit and flare dress with flower belt

LBD perfection! A foldover strapless neckline leads to a princess seamed bodice w/boning on the front & sides. The fitted bust leads to a rosette adorned belt & fitted waist w/hidden pockets! The box pleated skirt is lined w/reverse black charmeuse & a 10" flounce of Very Berry charmeuse, overlaid w/ black tulle. Note there is a shiny spot on the neckline, there could be enough fabric to shorten the fold and hide it. The dress does fully zip. My mannequin is larger than the dress. Bust: 15" approx.
