Deco Era Cloche Hat Burgundy Velvet Burgundy Rosettes 1920 Style

Extraordinary 1920 Era Cloche hat in burgundy velvet. At the front are 4 decorative 2" satin burgundy color rosettes with black bead centers. The hat is gored from the crown to extended tabs at the ears. The inside is lined with a burgundy ribbon and black fabric. There is no maker label. We suspect this may be home tailored--there would have been patterns to assist with this. The hat has no frame to shape it--it assumes its shape once upon the head.
