Vintage handmade dress, Size 2

Vintage handmade dress with black and gray flower pattern. Size 2. I found it in my parents closet with no tags. The fabric feels like either a dense silk. 39 down/ 17 across (when laid out on the bed). Last photo is of the inside of the dress. Note: I’m a size 4 and this would barely go over my ass, so I have deemed that this is a size 2. *Mannequin is a size 2.
