This is a new Frank & Eileen women's blue denim mini dress, size L. featuring a collared V-neckline and a single chest pocket. The dress has short sleeves and a pullover design with a distressed raw hem. The material appears to be a cotton jersey with a ribbed texture. Visible imperfections include several dye defects on back from small batch manufacturing process. F&E does not use retail tags. Overstock- label cut to prevent retail returns.
