Sadie & Sage Brown Polka Dot Puff Sleeve Mini Dress

Super cute mini dress with polka dot pattern, puff sleeves, square neckline, and tie-up back. Purchased at South Moon Under. Definitely recommend this for petites - I’m 5’3” and I wore it with flats or low block heels because it is short! Loved it though. Would look great with black tights and boots also.
