1950s Mid-century vintage spiral feather Fascinator tilt hat in a vibrant royal blue. This gorgeous hat is designed to fit snuggly to the wearer's head and has a criss-crossed headband design inside. Lined with a pretty blue and black flower patterned fabric with blue velvet trim. Oh so chic! The hat measures approximately 6.5"L x 6.25"W inside. It is made to fit a smaller head.
