In the 1980s and '90s, my relatives were avid Department 56 collectors. These little houses and accessories are in great shape (I've noted any chips, scratches or breaks) —some might have a bit of dust. When displayed, it was in a grandpa-crafted, enclosed wooden curio cabinet in an adult-only home.
