Chocolate brown velvet thick belt gold rhinestone over buckle EUC size 30-33”

This is a gorgeous chocolate brown velvet belt with a gold tone, oval metal buckle encrusted with rhinestones. I can’t tell if this is vintage or not. The velvet is in great condition and lined in a faux black leather. The only marking is the size 12 on the interior.
