Vintage Marching Army Graphic Midi Dress XS

I’m kind of at a loss for this one, I know it is an army, but I’m not sure which one. My guess is it is depicting the Ottomans during one of the crusades, but I’d definitely like to know more about this piece! Comment below if you have any information on it! Fits like an XS, no tags, but it is not a stretchy material.
