Carefree Plus new old stock vintage chambray and lace midi circle skirt O/S

Such a cute skirt. Has peekaboo lace lining poking out of the bottom. It has cute little lines of lace through the skirt and adorable large buttons down the front. Features an elastic waist. I am a medium, and this would fit me but elastic has a lot of stretch. So I would say this is a medium to extra large as it is vintage those sizes will differ from today’s sizing. Please look at the measurements below before purchasing to ensure proper fit. 30.5” long 14-20” waist laying flat across ( the elastic waste has stretch)
