Banana Republic V Neck Popover Top

In excellent condition this Banana Republic Silky feeling pop over top is a size M. Has button cuffs and though the tag inside is gone I believe this to be a blend fabric. Which means no need to dry clean. Lovely navy blue colour. Armpit to armpit measures 20.5”
