This is a vintage peasant style skirt, no inside tags. It has an elastic band around the waist with ties inside to adjust, ties have little bells on the ends. Fabric is a lightweight rayon with a blue/orange/gold paisley print and silver sequin embellishments throughout. Few loose threads around the bottom hem. No lining. Skirt is in great condition!
