Womens XL Oneil blue/green cotton dress preloved #311

Womens XL Oneil short sleeve blue and green casual cotton dress preloved #311.  This dress is very light and flowy for the hot summer months.  It has a deep V neck which can be slipped on right over your head.  It does, however, button all the way down.  The dress is billowy and will be about knee length.  Beautiful shades of blue, green, white, and black.
