Absolutely gorgeous, these were a present I was so excited to receive ( I took off the tags, anticipating they would fit post-pregnancy). Sadly, for me, they do not, so I"m moving them along. They are brand-new, (without tags or box), never worn, not even fully tried on. They've still got that new Frye leather boot smell. They are a dark, deep reddish brown, called "Bordeaux". They are called the Melissa Harness Pull On Tab, I believe, #72496. The top have pull-on rings, which are *stunning*, and a really pretty detail, they look like a textured older brass color to me, see photos for the details. The Frye logo is embossed on the heel, the soles of the boots are pristine. They are a beautiful equestrian-styled tall boot. There is no zipper. There are natural variations and imperfections in the grain of the leather, which is high-quality. There are a couple of "divots", for lack of a better word, where they have been in my close & pushed in a tiny bit. See the pictures, which detail how they stand and look, I've tried to capture that clearly. Also, on the inside of the rings in a couple of tiny spots there is a little bit of green tarnish, not on the outside where it is seen, but what lays against the leg.
