Heart Hips open cut batwing blouse.

Ribbed V-neck light weight material… not a sweater... Soft and comfortable. Fits tight around waist for a flowy tummy and under arm. Ideal for layering, can wear a cardigan or kimono over top.? Had a cut out where the chest is and it is a 3/4 length arm - it’s a batwing shape with it being tighter around the waist and loose under the arms.
