Vintage Crystal Waffle Block Pedestal Spooner 4.5” Tall

Beautiful vintage crystal 4.5” tall waffle block spooner. Diameter is 3.5” does have small chip in one of the top scallop and on the very bottom of pedestal. Please see pictures. These defects are not noticeable When item is sitting on shelf and the piece is very beautiful with the waffle block and scalloped edge.
