WEDGWOOD Queen's Ware CREAM ON LAVENDER Gravy Boat w/Underplate Shell Edge Grape

Lovely vintage Wedgwood gravy boat with attached underplate in the Cream Colour on Lavender with Shell Edge pattern. In production from 1930 to 1989, this exquisite gravy boat features delicate embossed cream grapes and leaves encircling the gravy boa and underplate on a blue background, with a delicately curled applied handle on the gravy boat. This beautiful gravy boat measures 7 ¼” long (from spout to handle), and 4 ½ ” tall. The attached underplate is 9” long, and 6” wide. Printed backstamp states “MADE IN | ENGLAND | WEDGWOOD / EMBOSSED / QUEEN’S | WARE” in center, “of ETRURIA” in top arch, “& BARLASTON” in reverse arch on bottom. Embossed marks state “WEDGWOOD” and “4 C 57” dating this piece to 1957. Please note: This gravy boat with attached underplate is in very good, used vintage condition. But please keep in mind, it is almost 70 years old and therefore, not new. There are no chips, cracks, crazing, or damage.
