WEDGWOOD Queen's Ware Embossed CREAM ON LAVENDER 14" Platter Shell Edge Grapes

Lovely vintage Wedgwood oval platter in the Cream Colour on Lavender with Shell Edge pattern. Introduced in 1930, this beautiful platter features delicate embossed cream grapes and leaves on the rim on a blue field. This exquisite platter measures 14” across, 11” wide and 1 1/4 ” tall. Printed backstamp states “WEDGWOOD | MADE IN | ENGLAND” in center, “of ETRURIA” in top arch, “& BARLASTON” in reverse arch on bottom. “Embossed | Queen’s Ware” underneath. Embossed marks state “WEDGWOOD” and “10 H 59” dating this piece to 1959. Please note: This platter is in very good, used vintage condition. But please keep in mind, it is over 65 years old and therefore, not new. There are no chips, cracks, crazing, or damage. From a smoke-free, pet-free home.
