Beautiful Navy embroidered top from by Anthropologie. Wrap detail at front and tie detail on sleeves. Pretty embroidery on front chest and sleeves, Women's size small but would be very oversized. I would say it would still fit oversized as a Medium. Great condition, no flaws whatsoever.
