I just found this Mary Frances bag at the back of a closet as we prepare to move to warmer and less taxed clime. It was worn at one time, but not in a long while. Looking at it I see nothing wrong with it. Everything seems to be intact. And it is quite beautiful and unique. It is lined with a velvet like material. I can't quite tell if it is back or a dark navy. The purse is small about 6" x 3 1/2". It is a hard purse with the base being gray. It is decorated with lots of BLING and of course a flamingo, palm tree and gold sun. It has a very long chain (about 23"). The chain (links) are silver material interwoven with yellow bling (rhinestones?). The clasp that close it is a magnetic snap. The underside of the clasp reads Rising Sun.
