Ladies NY&C purse. Tan with brown Signature ny&c design and brown leather piping trim and handles. Lining is brown with New York & Company logo. Snap closure, center zipper pocket, 1 side has zipper pocket, NY&C badge and 2 open pockets. Front of bag has pocket with flap&snap closure. 2 small stains on front flap and under front pocket and handles are peeling(see pics) otherwise like new. 13” long, 9” tall, 5.5”wide varies a bit from bottom to top. 9.5” strap drop
