It is not flimsy nor super stretchy. I have more muscular shoulders and arms and this was a bit tight on me in that area but otherwise fit well. I am a 6-8 for reference with a 19” PTP minimum. I never wore this and it feels new. I bought it off Poshmark, so I can’t say for sure if it was ever worn or washed. This is a really nice, quality, well-made T Shirt dress. I bought myself a medium. Pair with a jean jacket and sneakers for fall. New this is $118.00.
