Vintage Frosted Mermaid Art Glass Ashtray/Trinket Dish. Beautiful unique piece has 1 flaw- there is a very small chip on the mermaid's chest (please review pic). I'm not sure if this is frosted Czech glass or Lalique. There are no distinguishing marks on the back.
