One new, the other one I don't think was worn. Different shades of blue, and different lengths. Excellent brand, sold primarily at Academy Sports + Outdoors. Both have built-in liner, drawstring waist, and slits on the sides. The shorter ones are good for running, but I like the longer length for bicycling and other activities where I want protection further down my thighs. I can split them upon request, but these are both great shorts, and only one shipping charge!
