Vintage 80s multi-print polka dot pleated …

Very vintage dress by Breli. A vast mix of prints striped across. Very unique! In true 80s fashion this dress has shoulder pads. It looks as though at some point it used to have a large belt. There are loops on the side for it, and a small loop on the front, noted in pictures. It hits way below the knee, but above the ankles. It still has a lot of life for the right posher! Measurements upon request.
