lesleyh79 @lgraf1965 I would say true to size because I wear an 8 1/2 in Nike tennis shoes, heels, boots but I can wear an 8 and an 8 1/2 in an old gringo

lesleyh79 In the 8 1/2 I have room to put gel pads or insoles so I would say if anything they run a little on the big side because an 8 1/2 usually fits me just right and not any extra space
