Weissman Rise Up Sequin and Mesh Dress with Shrug Lyrical Dance Costume

What a pretty blue lyrical dress by Weissman (style 10120)! Dress has open back, mesh high-low skirt, attached briefs, and a sequin overlay on the bodice. Optional shrug that matches the sequins attaches around the neck and finger. I have 2 of these dress+shrug sets in adult small in great used condition. May have name or number written on tag. I also have just the dress in child large, but NO MATCHING SHRUG.
