Urban Outfitters baggy wide leg cobalt blue corduroy beach pleated trouser

I’m not exactly sure but believe these are an older style of the UO beach pants as these do not have the elastic waistband that they seem to have now. Wide leg, slouchy and cropped silhouette. Please refer to measurements: Waist- 16” Rise- 14” Hip- 23” Inseam- 26.5” NWOT Size 32 I’m leaning toward these being men’s sizing but can definitely be unisex!
