This super soft cotton fabric is a 2 ply fabrication. Similar to a flannel. The DASH Clothing Line. This piece is my daughter’s and was picked out in Los Angeles, Ca. It is still and good pre loved condition and really a super cute blouse. There are a few little dot like marks at the back and inside cuff. I’ll probably wash it for her again to remove if I get time. Size Small
