This is an awesome Eye Candy maxi skirt in a dark blue material that’s giving velvet (although it’s technically poly & spandex). The skirt features stunning sparkling rhinestone detail in the front bottom half & a long center split in the back. . I believe the skirt is vintage from the Y2K period.
