Hey!! Do you think these run true to size? Thanks!

@echoerica hi! A touch big in my opinion. I think they could fit 7 1/2-8. They run a tad larger than the Jada

@echoerica I know that all too well. Did they apply to any California schools?

echoerica
@stacey2624 they didn’t but I wish they would try out of state! So far they want to be close to home. California has lots of amazing schools!

@echoerica we do and they would have an advantage coming from out of state. It’s extremely difficult to get into a UC from here in California!

@echoerica or Cal Poly SLO!

@stacey2624 whoa really!!! I didn’t know that. Thanks for the information. I’ll look into this as it’s still early.

@stacey2624 also that seems so awful to make it difficult for in state students.

@echoerica it is pretty frustrating but great to take advantage if you’re out of state. My friend who actually used to live in Oregon , her son applied to SLO while they still lived there. Got in with a 3.0. My daughter applied same year with a 4.3 and didn’t get in. Lots of stories like that. Def at least have your girls check it out!

@echoerica UCSB is incredibly popular and absolutely stunning campus and city

@stacey2624 I told my girls and they said they will try!! Just worried about cost of living but worth at least seeing the possibilities. I still think that’s backwards on not taking an in state student who has exceptional grades over an out of state.

@echoerica totally get that. I had one stay in state and the other go to UW and the cost difference was pretty crazy. But checking it out can’t hurt. I’m not sure what kind of scholarships the UC will give. My daughter didn’t get into a single one!! I’m no expert but happy to share whatever I can about the schools down here
