pweatherly71 Hi, this outfit just popped in my feed a little while ago. Can I ask, is this black floral piece up top a tie around scarf for the head and does it come with this outfit? I am assuming it's black, orange, yellow, pink, green, etc., it's a little hard to tell online. Thanks for your time. :)
