@jmontana It kinda depends on the shoe. Sometimes I’ll do 6, 6.5 and even 7. I’d say most of my shoes are 6.5. But Dr. Martens don’t come in half sizes so I decided to go with a size 6 instead of 7 which didn’t work out for me unfortunately.
