"Poodle Skirt" style, but with a flamingo! Vintage inspired black skirt, sturdy cotton with back zipper enclosure. Unfortunately, no pockets. Waist measures at 25 inches; fabric doesn't have a lot of stretch, but there's wiggle room in the waist measurement depending if you wear it higher or lower. Pink tank top included, size small.
