The Drop Women's Cut Out Dress

This dress is in used condition. There is a slight discoloration on the neckline and a smudge on the back.(see pictures) I only wore it a handful of times. I'm 5'10, and it hits just below the knee on me. It comes from a smoke-free, pet friendly home. 100% cotton.
