I’m so sad I am broke and need to sell these. Purchased to put my prescription in but that alone is very expensive. They will come in the original case with the satin bag. The sticker is still on the lens Brownish tortoise shell with gold accents. I will also include the card and cleaning cloth which most have gotten some water on them so they ran a bit. Must have been from my tears
