Beautiful handmade hat loaded with design style lined ANNIE HALL VIBES 💃

This is a lovely lining in the brown color and the measurement across is approximately 9 inches. There is some stretch to it when I lay it out flat. It’s about a 22 inch going all the way around the rim. There are bubbles on the hit full pearls it’s positively gorgeous.
