Vintage Sheer Floral Dress, 1970s Black Georgette with Wildflower Border Print, Size Small Semi sheer black dress has short puffed sleeves, a tiny ruffled peplum, and a pretty wildflower print. Made of either nylon or polyester, this crepe-y fabric has a bit of give to it, and pulls on over the head. Elastic waist and cuffs are in excellent condition, and there is a split neck with a tie at the top. Such a pretty bohemian dress with a ton of versatility.
