Evan-Picone vintage tweed tailored button down pencil skirt. Buttoned all the way down the side with a hook closure at the top. Nice black and white houndstooth pattern with a touch of cream or beige woven in. Fabric tag is illegible but feels like a quality weight wool blend or cotton/poly blend and fully lined. Union made in the USA. There is about an 1/8” size stain on the front (see last pic) otherwise great condition. Great paired with a blazer jacket or cardigan!
