The dress is crafted using double crepe to hold the structure of the full pleated skirt. Dress is pre-owned in great condition. There is a little discoloring near the hem but truly isn't noticeable unless you're looking. Doesn't detract from dress at all. There is also a black mark on the interior (obviously it's on the inside so it doesn't show.) Price reflects. It's a beautiful dress!
