Oscar de la Renta Red Rose Enamel Ring

This ring is marked Oscar de la Renta. It is an enamel red rose ring from the 2000's. It was gifted to me from someone who had a house full of nice vintage clothes, and everything you can think of, she had, and was beautiful and vintage. So I'm assuming this ring is as well. It had a thin inner band of metal to make it adjustable, but I broke it off when using it to adjust. Will fit my thumb and middle finger a little loose. I wear size 7 on my ring finger for some kind of reference. There is a small tiny rough spot on the inside of ring, doesn't cause discomfort when Looks elegant and pretty when wearing. Offers welcome.
