cnbmine @chelsy92 Hello :) The small spots were already on the skirt when I had purchased it. I've washed it but I couldn't get the spots out. I'm not sure if they can be removed or not, but I assume they can't. I purchased it as an under skirt for a dress, and it worked wonderfully for that :)
