Small "Comfort Zone" electric heater. There is a small toggle on the bottom that seems like a semi loose piece. It is not. That piece is on there to detect if the heater gets tipped or knocked over. If that happens the heater detects this and automatically shuts itself off. There may be a few minor markings or scratches. This is cosmetic only...& does not affect the efficiency of the heater in any way. Good condition. Works great. Approximately 12 inches tall, and 8 inches wide.
